The third chakra is the one that gives us power, passion, drive and enthusiasm and keeps us on track for living our purpose. It is the guardian of our integrity, self-respect, self-worth, self-trust, self-belief, self-esteem, self-confidence and self-value. It keeps our boundaries healthy. It gives us courage and resilience and trust in our abilities to handle what life throws at us, as well as the ability to relax and enjoy when life is sweet.
Our third chakra grounds us in who we are, what is important to us and what isn’t.
You will always feel safe with someone who has a balanced third chakra, because they know their own worth and accept themselves as they are. They are the leaders of their own life, and are the kind of leader that others like to support.

LifeLine technique in a nutshell is a way to identify unhelpful subconscious programs, the kind that lead to self-sabotage, and replacing them with helpful ones.
The changes are sustainable and for me personally, they have changed my life to the better in many and unexpected ways. While we are doing the process in a group, there is no sharing of personal information. This workshop can be attended in person or via zoom. You will also get access to a recording of the session.
COST : $125
TIME : 9.30 am - Sunday, 17 November 24. [1.5 - 2 hours]
